It is not a therapist. It is a calm, safety-first guide that understands what you need right now, suggests the right exercise, and — most importantly — knows when to hand you to a real person.
Will I be able to use it?
Yes. Everything is simple and large, step by step, at your own pace. If you get lost, the guide gently leads you on.
How much does it cost?
Entry is free — a calm starting check-in and core tools at no cost. A subscription unlocks the full library and routines, and human care (groups, 1:1 talks) is there when you need it.
