An appointment now and then isn’t enough when the feelings are daily

An appointment lasts a few minutes. The rest is hundreds of hours where anxiety, exhaustion and mood swings return. HelpClinic fills that gap: short, gentle tools for hard moments, AI-guided routines, and a smooth handover to a human when it gets too much.

Frequently asked questions

Does HelpClinic replace therapy or medical care?

No. HelpClinic is the daily support layer between and before appointments. It gives you tools for right now and connects you to a specialist when needed. It does not replace medical care or help in a crisis.

What is the “AI guide” — is it a therapist?

It is not a therapist. It is a safety-first guide that understands what you need right now, suggests a gentle tool, and — most importantly — knows when to hand you to a human.

Is it safe during pregnancy and after birth?

The tools are gentle breathing, mindfulness and rest exercises — no medication, no medical instructions. For any important decision, always follow your doctor’s guidance.

How much does it cost?

Entry is free — your starting assessment and core tools at no cost. A subscription unlocks the full library and routines, and human care (groups, 1:1 sessions) is there when you need it.

I have no time with a newborn — is this doable?

Yes. Most tools take 3–5 minutes and work one-handed, even while feeding. You can start with a single moment for yourself each day.
