What is the “AI guide” — is it a therapist?

It is not a therapist. It is a safety-first guide that understands what you need right now, suggests the right tool, and — most importantly — knows when to hand you to a human.

I have no time — will it fit my schedule?

Yes. The tools take a few minutes and live in your pocket between meetings. Use them at 6am or at midnight — whenever you actually need them.

Is this private?
