Support now and then isn’t enough when the longing returns every day

People called right after the loss. Then it went quiet — and the grief stayed. HelpClinic fills that gap: short tools for a wave of grief, gentle AI-guided routines, and a smooth handover to a human when the weight gets too heavy.

Frequently asked questions

Does HelpClinic replace therapy?

No. HelpClinic is the daily support layer between and before sessions. It gives you tools for a hard day and connects you to a therapist when needed. In a crisis it does not replace urgent help.

What is the “AI guide” — is it a therapist?

It is not a therapist. It is a safety-first guide that understands what you need right now, suggests a gentle tool, and — most importantly — knows when to hand you to a human.

Is it normal to still struggle after so long?

Yes. Grief has no schedule. Waves can return for months, even years — around anniversaries, holidays, small reminders. HelpClinic never rushes your grief.

Is this anonymous, and how much does it cost?

You can start anonymously and free — your opening assessment and core tools at no cost. A subscription unlocks the full library and routines, and human care (groups, 1:1 sessions) is there when you need it.

I don’t want to “move on.” Is this for me?

Yes. This isn’t about forgetting or rushing. It’s about carrying the loss a little more lightly — at your own pace, one day at a time.
